The recently appointed Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on Media and Public Communications (State House), Daniel Bwala, has resumed duties.
Pictures obtained by Naija News on Monday confirmed that Bwala has officially begun his duties and engaged with the State House Press Corps.
It would be recalled that President Tinubu last Thursday, approved the appointment of Bwala as his Special Adviser on Public Communications.
In reaction, Bwala, in a post via his account on the X platform, expressed gratitude to President Tinubu for the appointment.
He said the appointment is a demonstration of Tinubu’s confidence and trust in him.
The new aide said he was humbled and honoured by the appointment and promised to deliver in his new role.
“I want to express my profound gratitude to Mr President @officialABAT for the demonstration of confidence and trust by this appointment. I am indeed humbled and honoured to be called to serve our dear nation under the esteemed leadership of a courageous C-in-C and father,” he wrote.

Meanwhile, the former majority leader of the Senate, Mohammed Ali Ndume, has praised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for appointing Daniel Bwala as special adviser on public communications and media.
Ndume, who represents Borno South Senatorial District—the constituency of Bwala—hailed Tinubu’s decision as a demonstration of his inclusive leadership and magnanimity.
Daniel Bwala, a legal practitioner and media strategist, served as the spokesperson for the presidential campaign of former Vice President Atiku Abubakar in the 2023 election.
