He is recognized in the Nigerian music scene for his versatile production skills and work in Afrobeats, Pop, and EDM genres. He is the first son of Nigerian actress Omotola Jalade Ekeinde.Early Life and Education Matthew Johnson Ekeinde Jnr was born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria. He is the son of Matthew Johnson Ekeinde Snr and the highly influential Nollywood actress, Omotola Jalade Ekeinde. Growing up in a family connected to the entertainment industry, Captain E developed an early passion for music production and DJing.Career Progression and Notable Works Captain E began his professional career as a producer and artist, quickly establishing himself with a sound that blends contemporary Afrobeats rhythms with global electronic and pop elements.
