Omotola Jalade Ekeinde MFR (born February 7, 1978) is a Nigerian actress, singer, philanthropist, and former model. Widely regarded as one of the most prominent and influential figures in the history of the Nigerian film industry, Nollywood, she has appeared in over 300 films since her debut in 1995. Early Life and Education Omotola Jalade was born in Lagos, Nigeria, into a family of five: her parents and two younger brothers. She is of Ondo descent.
