Tunde Bakare

Babatunde Gbolahan Bakare (born November 11, 1954, in Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria) is a Nigerian politician, lawyer, author, activist, and televangelist. He is the founder and serving Overseer of The Citadel Global Community Church (formerly The Latter Rain Assembly) in Lagos, Nigeria. **Early Life and Education** Tunde Bakare began his education at All Saints Primary School in Abeokuta from 1961 to 1966. He pursued a legal career, studying law at the University of Lagos, Nigeria. After practicing law, he established his own law firm.
