Chukwuebuka Obi-Uchendu (born July 14, 1982), widely known as Ebuka, is a Nigerian lawyer, media personality, television host, and show host, recognized as one of the most prominent figures in African entertainment. He gained widespread popularity following his participation in the inaugural season of the reality show *Big Brother Nigeria* in 2006, despite not winning. His subsequent career trajectory has established him as a leading television presenter and style icon.Early Life and Education Ebuka Obi-Uchendu was born in Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria, to a banker father and a mother who was a nurse. He is the third of four children. He spent his early years in Benin before his family relocated. For his primary education, he attended Christ the King College in Abuja. He then proceeded to secondary school at Bwari, Abuja, before completing his secondary education at the Federal Government College, Kaduna. Obi-Uchendu pursued higher education at the University of Abuja, where he graduated with an LLB (Bachelor of Law). Following his undergraduate studies, he attended the Nigerian Law School in Bwari, Abuja, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005. Later, he earned a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Intellectual Property Law and Communications Law from the American University Washington College of Law.Career Progression Ebuka Obi-Uchendu's professional career began in law. However, his life changed in 2006 when he became a housemate on the first season of *Big Brother Nigeria*.
