Iyinoluwa Aboyeji OON (born Iyinoluwa Samuel Aboyeji on March 28, 1991, in Lagos, Nigeria) is a prominent Nigerian entrepreneur and venture capitalist known for his instrumental role in establishing some of Africa's most successful technology companies. He is recognized for co-founding Andela, a global talent network for software developers, and serving as the former Managing Director and co-founder of Flutterwave, a leading payment technology company in Africa.Early Life and Education Aboyeji was born to parents from Warri, Delta State. He completed his secondary education at Loyola Jesuit College in Abuja, earning his Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination in 2007. Following this, he attended Columbia International College. Aboyeji later earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies and International Development from the University of Waterloo in Canada, graduating in 2012. Early in his career, he interned at the United Nations Youth Alliance when he was 18 and managed Imprint Publications, a Canadian publishing firm. He also founded an education company called Bookneto Inc.Career Progression and Major Achievements Aboyeji has been a driving force in the African tech ecosystem, particularly known for his focus on addressing infrastructure and talent gaps. **Andela:** In 2014, he co-founded Andela, an innovative global job placement network that trains and connects African software developers with global companies.
