Olamide Adedeji (born March 15, 1989), widely known mononymously as Olamide, is a prominent Nigerian singer, rapper, and songwriter who is considered one of the most influential African artists of his generation. He is particularly recognized for his significant contributions to the Nigerian hip hop and Afrobeats music scenes, often rapping primarily in Yoruba and English. Early Life and Education Olamide was born in Bariga, Lagos State, Nigeria.
