Adebola Williams is a Nigerian journalist, media entrepreneur, and political strategist, recognized for his significant influence on youth media and political consulting across Africa. He is often cited as a key figure in modern African governance and youth advocacy.Early Life and Education Adebola Williams was born on March 7, 1986, in Nigeria. His early career path began with three years of experience at the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA). Williams pursued further education at the London School of Journalism and the Pan African University.Career Progression and Major Achievements Williams' career is distinguished by his role as a co-founder of major youth-focused organizations. Along with Chude Jideonwo, he launched The Future Awards Africa, a highly regarded platform celebrating young African achievements. Following this, he co-founded and managed Red Africa, one of Africa's largest portfolios of youth media brands, which includes Red Media Africa, and YNaija. His work in political consulting began with StateCraft Inc., a data-driven governance communication firm he founded. Williams gained international recognition for his strategic expertise, being profiled by Forbes as "the man who helped elect a trifecta of presidents in Africa." Ghanaian President Nana Akufo-Addo notably described him as "the man with the golden touch." He also co-founded EnoughisEnough (EiE), a prominent Nigerian civic participation platform advocating for young people in politics. Williams passed on the leadership baton of Red Africa in 2022.Notable Works and Recognition Williams is an alumnus of the Mandela Washington Fellowship and the Archbishop Desmond Tutu Fellowship in South Africa.
