Foluke Daramola

Foluke Daramola-Salako (born February 15, 1978) is a Nigerian actress, filmmaker, and producer, primarily known for her work in the Yoruba film industry (Nollywood). She is also a recognized advocate for mental health awareness. Early Life and Education Foluke Daramola was born in Lagos, Nigeria. She attended primary and secondary school in Lagos before gaining admission to Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations. She later pursued a Master's degree in International Law and Diplomacy from the University of Lagos (UNILAG). Career Progression and Notable Works Daramola began her professional acting career in 1998 with the Nollywood film industry. Her breakthrough role came in the film *Durosinmi* (2002), which established her as a versatile and prominent actress in Yoruba cinema.
