Elizabeth Benson, widely known as Liz Benson, is a Nigerian actress, philanthropist, and television personality, celebrated for her influential career in the Nigerian film industry, Nollywood, particularly during the 1990s and early 2000s. Her interest in acting began at an early age, as she started performing when she was just five years old.
