**Monalisa Chinda** (born Monalisa Chinyere Chinda on September 13, 1974, in Port Harcourt, Rivers, Nigeria) is a highly prominent Nigerian actress, film producer, television personality, and media personality. With a career spanning over two decades since 1996, she is regarded as an influential figure in the Nigerian film industry, commonly known as Nollywood. **Early Life and Education** Monalisa Chinda was born in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, South-South Nigeria, to Ikwerre parents. She is the firstborn of six children (two sons and four daughters). For her primary education, she attended Army Children's School GRA, followed by Archdeacon Crowther Memorial Girls’ School, Elelenwo, both in Port Harcourt.
