Sabinus

Emmanuel Chukwuemeka Ejekwu, widely known by his stage names Mr Funny or Oga Sabinus, is a Nigerian comedian, content creator, actor, and skit maker. He was born on January 30, 1995. Sabinus is a graduate of the University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT). Sabinus broke into the Nigerian comedy industry in 2019, with his career becoming particularly active from 2020 onwards. He is recognized for his distinctive style of comedy, delivered through stand-up, short films, television appearances, and online content creation. His work often features witty observations and relatable scenarios, which have helped him amass a significant following across social media platforms. His popularity has led to notable recognition, establishing him as one of the prominent content creators in Nigeria. He is known for securing several brand ambassadorships, including for the betting site Oddstackr. His comedy career has been influenced by established Nigerian comedians such as Mr Ibu and Charles Inojie. As of his current status, Sabinus continues to produce comedic content and maintains a strong presence in the Nigerian entertainment scene.
