Sydney Talker

Sydney Egere (born 26 January 1996), professionally known as Sydney Talker, is a Nigerian media personality, comedian, and actor. He is a prominent figure in the Nigerian digital comedy space and the founder and CEO of Neville Records. Early Life and Education Sydney Talker was born on 26 January 1996 in Delta State, Nigeria. He was raised by a single mother and received his primary and secondary education in Benin. He attended the University of Benin (UNIBEN), where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Career Progression and Notable Works Sydney Talker began his comedy career around 2016. He gained widespread recognition with his comedy skit "The Poor Power Supply" in 2016, which brought him fame and the nickname "Nigerian Mr. Bean" and "Towel Guy." His skits are known for their unique style and humor. He has also ventured into acting, starring in the Nollywood musical film *LOUD* (2020). Major Achievements and Current Status Sydney Talker was nominated for the 25 Under 25 Award organized by SME100 Africa in 2020. In January 2022, he expanded his business ventures by announcing the launch of his record label, Neville Records, and simultaneously unveiled the label's first signing, Khaid. Neville Records is part of his growing influence in the Nigerian entertainment industry.
