He began his youth career at the Jamba Football Academy in Nigeria. Adams stands at 1.90 meters (6 ft 3 in).Career Progression Adams took his first major professional step in August 2018 when he moved from Jamba Academy to the Norwegian club Sogndal Fotball, where he played in the Norwegian First Division. During his time at Sogndal (2018–2021), he made 50 appearances and scored 14 goals, despite missing much of the 2020 season due to injury. He subsequently moved to Lillestrøm, also in Norway, where he played from 2022 to 2023, making 38 appearances and scoring 23 goals. In August 2023, Adams transitioned to one of Europe's top leagues, joining the French Ligue 1 club Montpellier HSC for a reported transfer fee of around €4 million. He made an immediate impact, scoring multiple goals early in his debut season.
