His early career included roles as an investment banker at JPMorgan in New York, a business process risk consultant at Arthur Andersen UK, and a financial analyst at Deloitte & Touche.Career Progression and Notable Works Dozie is the Co-founder and Managing Director of Carbon, a FinTech platform he established in 2012 alongside his brother, Chijioke Dozie, initially under the name Paylater.
